Davis: Anyone looking for a house to rent in Sept?

So, since Sarah and I are looking to buy a house, we've officially told our landlady we won't be renewing the lease for next year.  If anyone reading this is looking to rent a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a garage, we can recommend the place we've been living it for the last 3 1/2 years.  The landlady has been nice to us, and responsive about fixing the assorted things that have come up needing repair over the time we've been here, so we'd have no qualms about recommending the place to anyone looking.  Just thought we'd toss that out there, as we've been burned by landlords who were less responsive in the past.

Well, she was offering us $1500/month for the next year, but I know that was staying with a bit less than she's renting the other side of the place out for and she may want to raise it a bit.

Well, we may be looking for another housemate (one of our current ones is coming with us) when we buy a place, as we're looking at three bedroom houses. If you'd be interested, we can keep in touch about it as things progress.

Oh, bummer. I even know that's low for Davis, and it's still sadly out of my pathetically small range. It was worth a shot, though. ;-)
