Yosemite trip was much fun - snowball fights and sledding, followed by a short hike out to mirror lake. I learned that people with cloaks have an unfair advantage in snowball fights - I must make one before next year's trip that doesn't have a sharp pin involved in holding it on (the reason I wasn't wearing mine). Had to restrain Kay from trying to fall into the freezing lake repeatedly.

Game Tues. was much fun - we spent the evening doing the "adventurer's challenge" - a series of logic puzzles our characters had to run through. I really enjoyed it, and it was a nice change from the usual sort of adventure. All in all a fun evening.

Last night

satyrlovesong threw a small dinner party - Kay, myself, [Unknown site tag], his lady M,

internet_addict,

eeyore42, and

labelleizzy all were there. A wonderful dinner was had, and much storytelling by everyone. I may have had a bit much of the excellent wines provided, as I was certainly feeling tipsier than I usually let myself get - Kay had to drive home. Kay and I turned up in garb, having spent the day in it anyway due to tabling for ~~Pryanksters~~ the English Country Dancers on campus. It's intersting how little seeing someone in garb carrying scientific apparatus seems to phaze most people around campus, or at least in my building. :)
