Brief update on why I've not been posting - between getting a job that requires getting up at 5:30 am, dealing with computer breaking and needing ressurrecting, and then dealing with a dead car, plus my usual active social life, I've had very little time online.
Yes, last weekend my car died, to the tune of needing $3k+ worth of repairs. My parents were a great help in finding me a nice new one (well, almost new), and they co-signed the loan so I'd get a decent interest rate. So I am now the owner of a 2001 Saturn SL1 with less than 6000 miles on it, and a warranty which covers anything that might blow up for the next 3 years or 44000 miles. I like my new car so far.
